The external CSP box does not directly determine the position of the internal ONT but in general it will be on the inside of the same wall. The connection from the supply point usually determines where the CSP is sited so usually on the front wall where the supply runs from the road.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although the engineer will try to mert your requirements these may not be possible within the time and cost constraints they are working within.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to speak to contact Sky Yech Support or more likley Openreach.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like they have added an external cable and junction box on the outside of the building ready for my installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, not sure it is sited in the correct place and need to query this with them . . . . .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;. . . . . . but can't find a suitable Phone number.&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone had cause to speak with them over this, that could provide the number used?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
