    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have previously reported the same problem many times since the system was installed. We never had these issues with the old equipment. The upstairs TV keeps buffering and the service is unreliable this is not what we are paying for and I want the issues remdied or alternative equipment installed forthwith&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
