      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m trying to sign up for Sky Broadband as a new customer, but I’m having some trouble. My home is ready for internet (Openreach has already checked and confirmed availability), but when I try to sign up online, my postcode isn’t being recognised.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was advised to place the order over the phone instead, but I’m struggling to find the right contact route for new customers since I’m not yet registered with Sky.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone experienced this before or knows the correct number or way to reach their new customer sales team?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks a lot for your help!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
