&lt;P&gt;You are not talking to Sky here but to other customers.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You should have something like a direct debit setup on your account so Sky can yake the payment automatically from you each month so that you do not have to make manual payments.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can't now pay the bill you will have you see if you can call so they can take the payment from you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I need my internet sorted out please unfortunately you disconnected it without giving me no notification and update me via email when I go to check my email and go into the application your application needed an update even though I'm inputting the correct postcode I was unable to login so I've had to clear the cache and the memory of the application of itself reinstall it reset the password go into again but it is not give me an option to reinstate my internet when it did on the website itself after I made payment an adult thing I should be paying a late fee for the internet given the fact that I've tried for in excess for the week prior couple days prior to you disconnecting it to try to make payment while application and not being able to and then I'm unable to make contact revitali phone because you disconnected me and the only way to speak to somebody on the phone is to pay the bill but I don't have a method of paying that actual bill because it's from your side so I'd like that £10 to be added onto my streaming TV build I've paid in credit</description>
