&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation. You need to plug a phone into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have moved from BT to Sky and today is my activation day - my broadband doesn't work despite all the online test stating its ok. The router is only green on power and wifi, not on internt. I do not have a phone.. The cables are all correct, yet I have no internet. I have taken out all cables and completed a reset - nothing.&amp;nbsp; Why is it! I am desperate!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
