    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just had sky max hub delivered, it's up and running normally. However, I have just purchased an echo dot max (Alexa) and on set up the Wi-Fi name is recognised but whatever I try it keeps saying incorrect password and won't connect, the echo worked fine with my previous sky router, thank you in anticipation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
