      <title>Very poor internet connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since I have had the super fast broadband I have had problems with my internet. My programs continuously loose signal. I turn it off at the plug, then turn it back on. It stops in the middle of programs, I cannot use my home phone to contact you. I'm really disappointed with my service. Please could you rectify this asap. And compensate me for my loss of service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
