Password wrong

I am trying to connect my tv to my wifi and it is saying my password is wrong but it is not, is this my to or the Wi-Fi box? As the password is being put in correctly. I also have privacy warnings on my phone when I am connected to Wi-Fi is this a problem?

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.

Do you have an iPhone, if so what does the message say ?
