      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time an Openreach engineer works on cabling at the end of our road, our broadband speed deteriorates. Either the cabling needs sorting or else as per two of our neighbours we will be seriously be considering moving to StarLink.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
