      <description>&lt;P&gt;connected without internet&amp;nbsp; i ran all the test on your help pages telling me its all good but im in front of the sky box and i can see the red light&amp;nbsp; i want to contact a sky representative to report it ... my phone is also down... there was an outage on thursday am was fixed by 4 pm but it broke down again this morning at 3 ish am&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
