Im on Gigafast and I am checking the My Sky app. Speeds to my hub are alwys in the low 600's. so only getting around 65%-70%. I would have expect this to be a lot higher. When I was on Ultrafast Plus, I was getting high 400's to my hub, which was 90%-95% of the spead

I upgraded to Full Fibre Gigafast recently and had Ultrafast Plus prior to that. What has got me thinking is that I am not totally convinced I have full fibre to my house. I dont ever recall an Openreach engineer coming out to change the overhead cable. I have had a look on the Openreach checker and it stats that FTTP is available and would be a 1 stage install. If I already had full fibre like Sky claim I have, would the Openreach Checker say installed instead of available??

"ONT exists with active service", so yes, the address is on FTTP.

@PRC1977 you can check the speed to your hub in Service Checkercin the My Sky app. Although full fibrecan support high speeds it does depend what speed band you bought.

Speed to the hub is one thing but many people have issues with WiFi speeds in your home. Improving speed to the hub doesnt help there.
