Firesticksxarexsmall and when plugged in behind a TV they often cannot get a decent WiFi signal level. There is a useful Network test in the Get Help menu of the Netflix app. You can buy short HDMI extention cables from Amazon allowing you to move the Firestick out from behind the TV whose metalmchassis can block most of thecsignal.

Hi, had full fibre installed two weeks ago. I used my fire stick for the first time last night. It was buffering on many apps but worked fine before the installation and speeds is 40mb:s so not speed. If I delete the network connection on the fire stick, reinstall the connection and reboot the router everything is fine. Unfortunately the next time I boot up the fire stick we are back to buffering. Any ideas?

Nothing has changed. Full fibre installed only. Same hub and booster in same position. I will try the Netflix app later
