Sky max Parental control disappeared suddenly

We have Sky WiFi max for the Parental controls but they have disappeared from my sky app so I can't control them? Been like it for 7-10 days?!

I've tried deleting app and reinstalling, turning hub on and off but it did not work. I want to sign out off all devices which linked to the router but icouldnt

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I did it all but it still doesn't work, I couldn't see Parental control on my app😔

Did this get resolved. My sky max controls settings have disappeared.

I have logged out. Also unistalled the app and its still not there. I reply on it for my 2 children and really need it back asap.

Is there anything else I could try?

Has anyone managed to resolve this? My parental controls have disappeared and my sons laptop is paused. He has exams this week and is relying on his laptop for study. I would be really grateful of any advice

Ive called about it today they dont know whats happening but have logged the issue. No idea how long it is till fixed.

Hey all, check your apps again! The parental controls have suddenly reappeared on mine this morning. Hope others are the same
