We are regularly having to reset our broadband - I have been through all of the checks on the app and it is saying room 2 WiFi extender connection is poor and that may be explain why we are struggling at different parts of the house. How do I resolve this please?

@Tracylc1 WiFi extenders need a strong connection tomthe hub so try moving the extenders roughly halfway between wherecyou need the boost and the hub. Hallways or landings are often good sites.

Thanks for your reply.

It already is! It's been working fine for over 14 months.

We have the main hub and then what I presume is an extender in the next room which is a square upright box. We then have a hexagonal plug extender in the next room and that is the room we are struggling with.
