I have recently moved to sky fibre broadband and have had intermittent internet outages since. This morning it has been down for two hours. The hub shows orange lights on internet and voice but service checker says all is ok and no local area issues. Any advice appreciated.

If it was soon after you lostvconnection it may not have picked up,the loss as thstvtakes up to an hour. If it has thdn it can take you through a few steps before offering t o book an engineer. Alternatively call Sky when their lines open at 8am.
