If you gotvthriugh to Sky thecagent would ask you go through the same tests as the online system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If its ghe broadband it is likely the app will offer to book an engineer. However if its ghe broadband is simply poor WiFi try rebooting your hub by switching off yhe mains for a few seconds as thst can help. If thst doesn't help,and moving closer to the hub isn't practical consider buying Sky's WiFi Max psckage thst can supplu WiFi extenders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet as measured on my laptop is around 2.5 mbps. Ive been measuring it a lot today and it doesnt change. i phoned sky but i wasnt speaking to a real person, which i wanted to. The robot i spoke to told me there was a problem with my home set up, and i could come online and fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im not good with these things and i havent a clue how to fix it. i need PROPER help from a PROPER person please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
