Thanks&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4668305"&gt;@Inreek&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;In order to get a booster you need to be subscribed to Sky WIFi Max and then you have tyo call Sky and try to aergue your case as to why you need one, they may insist on completeing troubleshooting and even an engineer visit before they send one out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Personally i would look at third party boosters or powerline adaptors, that way you're not tied in to a ongoing monthly fee and if you move provider you don't need to worry about installing new boosters and disconnecting Sky's and returning them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
