Thanks for the reply! I’ve got an Openreach box located by the back door as well as a BT box, so it looks like the property is already connected to the Openreach network.

no broadband

I’m trying to get Sky Broadband set up in my building, but every time I contact them they say it’s not available at my address.

The confusing part is that I’ve physically seen the infrastructure in place, including what looks like the DP connection for the building. So it doesn’t seem like a case of the area not being wired.

Has anyone else run into this? Is it likely to be an issue with address records, capacity, or something else behind the scenes?

Any advice on how to get this resolved would be appreciated.

@Skud Sky only use Openreach and City Fibre network connections so if your building has been wired by any other network Sky will not be able to supply Broadband. You can check what Openreach can offer here https://www.openreach.com/fibre-checker and City Fibre here https://cityfibre.com/homes if either shows an available connection call Sky as they should becable to,placecan order. Otherwise ask your neighbours as the connection could be from Virgin Media or one of the many Altnet suppliers who only sell connections through limited ISPs.
