      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you help me too please? &amp;nbsp;I have a new SkyQ box (old one stopped working). &amp;nbsp;I'm stuck trying to connect to my Sky hub. &amp;nbsp;I'm in Network Setup, it's not recognising that I have. Sky router until I I look for another broadband provider; then it can see my router but it's not recognising my password after multiple attempts. &amp;nbsp;I've tried switching Sky Q via off and back on, and also router, but the problem persists. &amp;nbsp;Please help me!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
