    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the start of April we are regualry offline with the orange voice light showing on the router and no aces to the internet.&amp;nbsp; This can be for up to 3 hours every day.&amp;nbsp; You will see I had to switch off for over an hour on Sunday to rset.&amp;nbsp; My husband says it goes off daily, mostly in the morning.&amp;nbsp; Please can you advise what is going wrong.&amp;nbsp; i pay you for a service that I m not having access to.&amp;nbsp; As an accountant, I regularly work from home and had no caees to my cleint emails etc.&amp;nbsp; Please advis a solution/upgrade and I would like to discuss compensation for the downtime.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4668112"&gt;@LouiseSutton&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Welcome to the community, please be aware you are not speaking to Sky customer services here, the community is mainly a customer to customer support platform.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are loosing connection everyday and it's around the same time then that points to something either in your property or close by causing interference, if that is the case it will be almost impossible for Sky to rectify(as it's not there issue).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything in your property that switches on at around the time the drops occur?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding compensation, unfortunately you won't be entitled to any, ISP's only compensate for downtime that last more than 24 hours(and not for the first 2 days of complete downtime).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
