&lt;P&gt;Did the engineer arrive eventually or make contact as you posted before 6pm? If not the engineer was probably delayed due to an earlier appointment overrunning. If you contact Sky today they may have received an update they can pass on to you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Edit: your original post has reappeared from somewhere (possibly caught up by the automated filters) so both threads joined together.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
