Is anyone else in Ipswich area having Internet issues. I have swithed my sky q box and route off at plug and restarted. My sky app says no known issues

Same here, mines has been down for about 20 minutes now, it seems it may be a wider issue with quite a few areas.

Same issue. Been down about 20 mins and sky app says it's fine. Router has no internet light, restart makes no difference and all lights green on openreach box. SW Scotland here

Same here in Cumbria just have a flashing green light but tests say everything ok

I'm Scotland area to, seems like it's an issue with all broadband providers... very strange

Same in Lancashire - no Internet light, fibre lights all on green and Sky saying no faults.

North Yorkshire also affected despite the app saying it looks good.

My ring doorbell has just gone offline aswell which is not connected to WiFi so it shouldn't be affected... something strange going on here

This is getting ridiculous now. 3rd time in the past hour Sky Broadband has been down. Also, please sort out your Service Checker software, it states that everything is all good when it clearly isn't. Misleading as hell. Additionally, us customers are paying you lot, lots of money, you should be reimbursing customers when stuff like this happens
