Internet down yet again, despite supposedly having guaranteed service!!

My Sky Internet has dropped out yet again, at this kinda time of day!! No resets are working, the service checker says all is fine!!!! I upgraded a while back to what Sky claim to be guaranteed fast broadband & yet here we are again & again, this time of night & no connection & no fix!!!!

Theres no guarantee maintenance won't be required, Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
