    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 900 mbs package, I have done speed test and it reckons guaranteed speed is 600 MBs. Downloading something on my laptop and have 50 MBs at an absolute max. Normally sits around 25-30 what can be wrong with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
