&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If this is for a fibre instaltion then it will be either Openreach or Ciry Fibre that will do this work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can't they still put the basic broadband in and then follow up with the fibre once open reach have done the &amp;nbsp;work?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In my experience Openreach sent me a few emails about the appointment&amp;nbsp;when I had fibre installed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
