&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the wifi and internet keep dropping out so tv loses connection even thgohtb its connect via cable to main box. So follow reset steps shows in settings now connected but message on tv still says it looks like you do not have internet connection. It has done this last 48 hours and we had this last year for months. Anyone else having issue it's frustrating &amp;nbsp;when is £127 a month and continual problems with connection - thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
