Fibre Coverage excludes only my road?

I live in a managed housing estate, and looking at https://apps.london.gov.uk/connectivity/ all of it has gigabit coverage except the small cul-de-sac I'm on, with about 5 buildings effected. It seems very strange that only our flats (and the town hall building) are in a dead-zone, in an otherwise fully covered area? I wrote to our wayleave department to ask if there was anything they could see as to why our road hadn't been connected when everywhere else had, but they couldn't see anything. They told me to write to ask you guys.

@Klams Is there anything showing here? https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome or here https://www.openreach.com/broadband-network/fibre-availability

Also check if any Altnets such as CityFibre, Virgin Media etc are availble

Sky nor any other ISP can give a Fibre connection if there is no network available.

@Klams I would ask whoever manages the estate as they would presumably have to give permission to Openreach or one of the altnets to run a full fibre network. Some organisations are slow to offer these services to their residents.

We have it across the estate, just not my road. I spoke to the people who manage the estate and they said to contact my provider, which I appreciate may not be correct, but I'm just jumping through the hoops presented to me.

My issue is that no, nothing shows for these, and whenever I've checked in the past providers have said "no plans to upgrade your area". But I recently went on nextdoor.com to ask neighbors about it, incredulous that our estate hasn't had gigabit installed, only to be told by everyone else "what are you talking about, we've always had it".

I don't want to doxx myself, but checking here: https://apps.london.gov.uk/connectivity/ you can see a sea of blue around us for Gigabit connectivity, and a tiny blip on our road that constitutes 5 buildings and a pedestrian walkway. I'm wondering if it's actually something to do with the pathway, it is conspicuous in that the area seems more shaped around that than the cul-de-sac, but obviously at this point I'm just guessing.

Not my usual goto but maybe a question for your local MP to see if they can shake someone up? BTW, your link just shows London in general, not that I would recommend giving out your location on here.

@Klams Sky use two fibre networks to deliver broadband. The main one is Openreach and it is possible to access their database by entering your full,address into this chevker Openreach Checker.

The output can be difficult to understand but if you post a screen shot of the table and the first three lines of the notes either myself or one of the other forum members can possible explain why your road has been missed.

@Klams there is no explanation as to why your road was missed but it is clear FTTP is notvavailable - forget FTTP,on demand unless you have around £10k you want to spend 😉 .

The current Openreach roll out was commercial and they do not give reasons why they miss somewhere but you are not alone we have heard thecsa mecstory before. On some occasions they do come back and fill in the missed areas.
