I have recently signed up to full fibre 900 but have had no confirmation, i do have access to my sky account but it states there is no orders. how do i get this resolved. Thanks

@Monty8285 I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Hi, i placed an order at 1am roughly but there is no record on my order screen but i can access my sky id account . Could you help me with this, thanks.

@Monty8285 Your image can't be shown as it contains personal information (email address), you should never post any kind of personal details on a public community, if you repost your image blanking out any personal info it can be shown.
