      <title>Mysky app - Devices section missing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I unplugged my router last night and plugged it back in this morning. WiFi has reconnected without a problem, however when logging in to the MySky app there is no longer a section for Devices and I cannot unpause the devices which were paused. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, reset the router, changed the password of the app, tried logging in using another phone and a laptop. I can't seem to resolve this issue. It is important that I can unpause these devices as my son needs to connect to the internet to study for his exams. Can anyone help? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Apart from thst I think you are going yo need Sky's assistance as you have done everything else that is normally advised.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank you for your reply. Yes using the same log in details that I’ve always used. Sky do seem to hold a different email address for me. I phoned them this morning and they weren’t much help unfortunately. Although they hold a different email address for me the username and email that I use to log in with hasn’t changed.</description>
