&lt;P&gt;You were told incorrectly as Openreach don't deal directly with domestic customers unless there is a safety issue.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;too many wires from telegraph poles up and down the road.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;wifi keeps cutting out, and security cameras stop working, what is the point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;get in touch with Open Reach i was told.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You cannot leave them a message to get an answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sit and suffer, with high prices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
