I've been with sky for over 3.years now I gave them a ring to have fibre back in December it's now April 20th and im still waiting not sure why it's taken over 6 months every time I ring they say it will ve installed soon my internet with sky is so bad I might aswell be on dial up tbh I absolutely wanna exit and go with another company my brothers fibre was done within 2 weeks of calling and upgrading his not with sky but he used to be he told me to avoid them when I was getting internet he said he was with them and there a rip off and useless .

Jave you been given a reason why there has been such a lengthy delay as the work to install the fibre cabling outside of your property is usually done by Openreach or if you are in their network area, Ciry Fibre.

Hi @John821 What does the Broadband Checker show? Is WBC FTTP available at your address?

Unless he lives next door to you, that's really not any kind of guide about timeframe: FTTP is a whole new cable infrastructure and ease of access varies considerably between locations.

This is my issue I havnt been told anything just got a new good live date 30 June but it's been changed so many times not gonna hold my breath.
