Go into the Ring app using the device menu open the doorbell's menu click on device health that will give you a figure called RSSI which nedds to be better than around -70dBm (note its a negative number so-63dBm which mine currently shows and is working well is better than say -75dBm where you can hit issues&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The distance to the hub is less important than what solid objects like walls the signal has to pass through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
