topic WiFi intermittent issues in Broadband

My WiFi is not working properly. Sometimes it will be fine, then it will drop out, and the light will go amber/red. It will then go to pulsing green and back to white. HOWEVER, it keeps asking me to sign in as if it were a public WiFi. I have restarted the router, restarted the fibre box, and done a factory reset on the router through admin. None of this has worked, and I keep having the issue.

@Pitbull1709

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
