in test on the sky website it shows everything is ok BUT on "speedtest by ookla" it shows speed dowload 10.47. that is very slow. its not the first time. in my contract i have guaranteed speed. can sonebody fix this

Not really, no: both the 'Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' are actually guarantees of a small refund if the specified figures aren't delivered.
