&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been a Sky broadband customer for 3 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been without broadband now for 15 minutes. It went off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All lights are still grenades just get nothing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is thisstandard with Sky?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't remember having in issue in the last 2 years with my old provider, 3 days with Sky and I'm already done!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
