Sky q box wont connect to hub

My Sky q won't connect to my hub.I cant download anything.It connects but disconnects seconds later.My hub doesn't show as available on devices or the sky q box then it does sometimes and then drops out again.Did a speed check from hum to phone and it reads 30Mbps but starts to tick down like a timer and I end up with 0.07 Mbps sometimes less sometimes more.Please help me stay connected.Thank you.

@Leee73 if you have a white Sky hub only the main Q box can connect to it directly by WiFi. Any Q minis or Q boosters have to be connected via the main Q box. Does that sound like your issue?

Thank you but I don't have mini boxes or boosters.It was fine for a couple of weeks I just got full fibre max 3 weeks ago but it's really poor performance now I've tried all the usual palaver but very difficult to connect to the hub I'd say impossible but it does connect sometimes.Thank you..
