      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am contacting you regarding my upcoming broadband installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received a Permit To Work form from Openreach, but I do NOT agree with the proposed cable route and I have not signed the document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not allow any digging or work to be carried out through my front entrance or newly renovated front path.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only acceptable route is along the front fence and then around the side of the house to the side wall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As no agreement has been reached and no document has been signed, the installation scheduled for Friday must be postponed until this is resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please confirm that the installation has been paused and that Openreach will contact me to agree a new route before any work is carried out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Agnieszka Jarka&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to contact Sky asap to discuss but cancellation of an appointment the day before it's scheduled may mean a £25 charge being applied.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4662415"&gt;@Agnieszka82&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;but you are not talking to Sky here as we are customers who help each other so nobody here can confirm this has been cancelled so you would need to call Sky about this.&lt;/P&gt;
