I had my fibre connected in the house today and now the open reach contractor has gone I realised it's in the wrong place. How do I arrange to get this moved? Im aware I'll probably have to pay.

By the way if it is simply the hub is in the wrong place the easiest solution is to get a longer Ethernet cable so it can be moved.

Thank you.

it's installed in the wrong room. So I'd need them to drill it into another room from the outside like starting all over again.

do you know what number I need to call?

@Johnrogers08I've been speaking to Sky for over a week now with the exact same ask and was finally told today that they only talk to open reach post install if there's an issue with the service. I was told either to move it myself (not advisable fyi) or contact open reach directly. Letting you know in case you get stuck in the never ending call transfer until the call centre closes loop!

My views are my own and I am not incentivized in any way by Sky or any other party to post in this forum.
