    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I currently have no internet to my home through the sky hub box!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have switched the box on and off, checked all connections and pressed the reset button and nothing is working. Also carried out an area check and all seems to be ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;power light: green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;internet light: off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;wifi light: green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;voice light: amber&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;help please!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems the sky hub was ok. Problem was with my WiFi extenders. Needed resetting. All my devices were still connected to these. Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
