      <description>&lt;P&gt;The street had a message on text /whatsapp offering full fibre with no contract change a couple of weeks back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A neighbour clicked "yes" which triggered an openreach survey.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I clicked "yes" a couple of weeks later and it just made me log in and then said they didnt have anyone available to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can do an upgrade via the app but only if I sign a new 2 year contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have they pulled the plug on the offer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
