      <description>&lt;P&gt;So very perplexed as I live in a small unit of 4 apartments. &amp;nbsp;I live on the ground floor with one person next to me and 2 above, so a bit like a house split in 4. My issue is everyone in this 4 apartment setup is now on full fibre except me. For me it shows we have no plans to upgrade your area yet. My area is the same area as the 3 other neighbours we are attached to each other. &amp;nbsp;Best of all is my neighbour is running his fibre cable up my outside wall where get this, the box in the ground where they take cables to is in front of my door. . Now how is this possible that it still shows I cannot get full fibre? Yes they are with sky&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is not accepting my address, also when I enter my landline it says not recognised as BT, cannot get passed the first page&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
