    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am having lots of trouble with our Internet ever since the apparent upgrade. It's horrible, our TV doesn't work properly and half the flat( tiny 2 bed flat) isn't covered by the WiFi signal. Kitchen and living room are mostly affected. The only place we get good signal is the bedroom where we don't really need it. When the engineer came out, he advised the router has to be in the bedroom due to the nature of wiring (needs to be a straight line) but we had nothing but issues since then.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
