Green flashing light on broadband but the app says it's all okay I have no WiFi and can't use the internet and had to result in using mobile data

I'm the exact same, service checker says it's all okay but no WiFi at all. I've unplugged, I've checked all cables I've done all I can. Must be a them problem

For £31 a month it's a joke the WiFi isn't even all that anyway frequent lags and goes off all the time

I thought it was just us but your absolutely right. I upgraded and honestly it's worse now than before. Noticed a huge red flag on my app though telling me my contract is up in November 2027 and do I want to upgrade to fibre max..... definitely not if this what I can expect

I’ve got the full fibre 500 for £32 a month and was told it will run multiple devices and games consoles and all it does is lags and plays up it's terrible

Your cheaper than me in £41. I'm going to end up leaving this is ridiculous, chat bot told me to call but all lines are closed unless you want to pay for a pauper view or box office item

Same at me ,i run few times checker and rhe app said all is okay,but i dont have internet from almost 1h and i use data mobile

I've just read in another post there is an automated message on sky contact line and it could up to 48 hours before it's fixed that was at 3pm ish today

That's just life now, pay road tax but the roads are a mess, council tax and rent to live in mouldy damp homes only thing guaranteed now to do what's it's meant to do nowadays is the devils lettuce 🤣

Based on the time you’ve all posted it’s worth pointing out that any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
