Since yesterday, my wifi speed has dropped a lot. I suppose to get 68mbps minimum guaranteed but now i am getting 7.5mpbs highest. An engineer came to visit and confirmed that he had checked everything but my problem is not solve yet. When I did a service check it showed the problem is from sky to my hub. I have talked with a customer care representative, he sent me a booster i am not sure it gonna help to get that speed. As i know, a booster can boost the signal bot not the speed. hopefully i will get the booster tomorrow and hopefully.

A 'booster' cannot improve speed delivered to the Hub. I really hope they didn't sign you up to the WiFi Max subscription supplement in order to facilitate loan of the hardware.
