    <title>topic Getting a corrected PTW in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Getting-a-corrected-PTW/m-p/5253936#M560104</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;The recovery team sent a text saying that the PTW hasn't been returned, but the only version I have had was sent in February and was wrong. A new one is needed but I can't navigate the abysmal sky call centre automated response to get to anyone useful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
