I moved to sky broadband around 5 months ago and work from home. I have a hardwire going from my sky hub modem direct into my work laptop.

I have had an ongoing issue with the internet cutting out during the working day and annoyingly whilst I am on work video calls.

I have had sky's engineer out to check the signal and do pay an additional cost for the sky Max Wi-Fi guaranteeing a good signal in every room. however, the problem has persisted and it's incredibly difficult working at home with these regular disruptions.

just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences and how this was resolved.
