WiFi Connected but no internet

Hi,

I keep having WiFi issues where my devices say they are connected to the WiFi but there is no internet.

I can use one of those devices to logon to the router and I can see other devices on the LAN and anything connected to the LAN works fine.

The MySky app is a joke and no help, any advice?

Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Hi,

Reboots fix it for a few days and then it fails again.

The LED stays white, I can access devices on my LAN, just WiFi routing fails.

The logs are always empty, the MySky app only shows this when I select the router and has never worked on tablet or mobile:
