    <description>So to sort out my existing problems with my broadband dropping out there advice me to upgrade. Now am having the same issue again there only response is to upgrade again. Am now at the point I just wanna cancel everything as am paying for summit that am not getting.. current problem is my deal runs until December so do I have to wait until then.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once yours has arrived it contains a number to call if you wish to cancel certain Sky services penalty free.. You then only have 30 days to call after receiving the notification to arrange this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Leaving penalty free (no early termination charges) only applies to Sky+, Sky Q, and Broadband/Talk subscriptions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
