Try taking your phone outdidecand hold it near the doorbell to see if its WiFi indicator showsca reasonable signal. If it doesnt you may need an WiFi extender neer the doorbell perhaps in the hall. The ring app dies give an indication of signal strength.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the WiFi signal isnt the issue reset the devices on a ring doorbell by holding down the button on the doorbell for up to 20 seconds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
