Bring a phone near the chime and the Alexa to check that they are not in a spot with minimal WiFi signal. Assuming the devices have access to WiFi factory reset both devices, the makers weeb site should show how to do that. Then &amp;nbsp;try to connect them which often then works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the problem is poor signal level which does happen in many houses consider moving them to a better location or consider upgrading your home's wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
